- MMP Fall 2025 Program: 8-12 week progressive overload, velocity-based training cycle.
- Select a time slot that meets your need ASAP.
- Athletes can join this program at any time!
- Punch Cards can be used for sessions in the event that an athlete cannot commit to a full month of training.

Punch Cards: Session Based Program

Purch Cards are a session based program that gives clients an opportunity to continue training if they cannot commit to a monthly program. Sessions do not expire, so use them for as long as they take to complete.

Mike Santini is originally from Brooklyn NY. He moved to Arizona in 1997 and graduated from Arizona State University in 2000 with a degree in Business and Exercise Science.
Mike is a leader in sports performance training for youth, high school, college and professional athletes in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has 25 years of experience training athletes with his major focus on Sports Specific Strength and Conditioning.
Mike created Machine Mentality Performance to fill a gap between the physical and mental challenges in life and in sports. MMP is more than just a weightlifting program. Mike focuses on the mental challenges that affect athletes every day. Building the mental side of an athlete is just as important as building their physical strength.
He is a motivational speaker that helps athletes overcome their fear of failure and positively reinforces their ability to succeed. MMP is an all-encompassing Speed, Strength, and Mindset Program.
Mike is an outstanding athlete with an extremely competitive fire! His hobbies include Hiking, Rock Climbing, Obstacle Course Racing, Boxing, MMA, Powerlifting, and Meditating.
He was a competitor on season 6 of American Ninja Warriors as an extreme athlete.
