Shorter resistance bands designed for athletes and lifters who want tension to engage earlier in the movement with less slack than a traditional 41-inch band. The 32-inch length is especially useful for shorter athletes, footplate setups, pressing, rowing, mobility work, and strength training.

Important: These 32-inch bands are not recommended for assisted pull-ups. Use Serious Steel 41-inch bands for pull-up assistance. Resistance varies with stretch distance and setup.
